I'm reading het! Well, technically it's one of those threesome dealies, so there's a smidgeon of Brian/Nick, in addition to a whole heck of a lot of heterosexual lovin' with Stacy, Nick's beautiful, blonde, perfect girlfriend/soulmate. And it will not end! Their first night together lasted ten chapters!

The thing is, it's not badly written--AJ, Brian, and Kevin in particular are all well done. And the sequel to the series (or is that the sequel to the sequel to the series?) promises to be some interesting Brian/AJ. Now if I can only make it that far...

I don't think I went as far as you did, gave up on it a long time ago.

If you notice, Stacy is also the name of the girl who writes it, so not only are you reading het, you're also reading Marry Sue (well, sort of) LOL

That's not at all surprising, though I hadn't noticed about the author's name until you mentioned it; nobody's that perfect but Mary. I can understand why you gave up on the series, but if you ever have a lot of time on your hands you might want to give it another shot. I've gotten to a point where Brian's character is really starting to develop, and as long as I concentrate on the scenes with him and AJ and skim the Nick/Stacy chapters, I find myself really enjoying the story.
