Musical terminology

Question: The hook only refers to the easily-remembered part of the song that's supposed to draw you in, right? Is there any way to refer to everything in the song that isn't the bridge?

Um, off the top of my head... Verse, chorus, 2nd verse, hook (normally the chorus), bridge, etc.
