According to the book 'N Sync: Pop Odyssey, Dani Raabe and Danielle Fishel were roommates. Now either that is one of the most bizarre situations I can imagine--I don't think many people would actually choose to share an apartment with a (then) boyfriend's bandmate's ex-girlfriend (or his current girlfriend, for that matter)--or something else was going on.

And in less exciting news, if my little sister doesn't get back from camp in twelve minutes, I'm going to have to go babysit in her place. At least I'm in a good mood today; the consignment shop was having a sale, so I got six shirts, three skirts, a dress, and a pair of shorts, all for $25. Plus, you know, the above insight into the lesbian periphery of 'N Sync has also brightened my day.

Mmm, it makes me wonder when everyone started calling her "Dani" rather than "Danielle"--before or after she started living with Danielle Fishel?

True, that is intriguing. I'm just picturing schmoopy double dates where they call each other Dan and canoodle and the boys are faintly horrified and feel the need to act all butch to counteract it. :)
