Yuletide nominations are open for the next 36 hours (closing time for Yuletide nominations), so be sure to get yours in if you're participating/considering participating in Yuletide. Before nominating your three fandoms, you might want to check out this spreadsheet of already nominated fandoms and characters so that you don't waste a nomination if one or more of your fandom-character(s) combos has already been nominated. Remember that nominations are being reviewed continuously, and once a nomination has been approved or rejected you can't change it, so be certain of your choices before submitting the form.
