Howie and Brian. Weirdly charming. :)

I have to admit that I take a perverse pleasure in making Nick sad. I am a sick, sick person. But he does it so prettily! As to what's going to happen: long-term (a few stories down the road), I've got it all mapped out; short-term, I have no fricking clue. Hopefully I'll manage to figure it out.

Though, I'm still lingeringly sad that Brian only went to Howie because he's in love with Nick. Howie definitely deserves better than that. But I had hope for "some sort of future" in this chapter, when Brian demanded that Howie be his boyfriend. :) And that line about Howie being selfish! squee!
I loved that line, "Nick had no business falling in love back." Heh. That's perfectly Howie, slightly snarky, slightly abashed, and a great thought to have about a perfect teenager who desperately wants to get his way. Stay back, kid! Brian is Howie's now! ... Um, not that I want Nick to suffer, lol. I just think that he's perfect enough that he can find somebody else. Let Howie have this one. *g*
Can't wait to read more!

Loving Blind by Matthew Haldeman-Time (GSF, but with some lovely Howie/Brian interaction)
I was very confused for a moment, because I thought I'd read all of your posted stories (and I apologize for being an abysmal feedbacker and not writing to you about them; I love "The Handbasket" and "Pixie Hunt," and am very fond of "What's Right") and I couldn't recall a Howie/Brian one. After doublechecking in your lj, though, I found your explanation detailing where your stories are all located--and I, for one, would very much encourage you to send your BSB slash to Zoicite to post. I can't wait to read it.

And thank you so much for the links and the really nice feedback :) I've read all of those stories you rec'd before and loved them, but I do love to reread things.
Soooo, any plans to continue your Bri/How? Hmm? Please? *g*
