Looking for a Smallville story

I recently read--and lost--a Clark/Lex story. It involves Lex crashing his car? having it break down? He tries to call the towing company, but they can't come out and his cellphone dies after that one call, so he throws it into a nearby snowdrift and starts walking. Jonathan finds him, and the Kents take him in, and Clark gives him a bath.

Anyone recognize this?
