Remix Redux

One of my very favorite fanfiction exchanges is starting to gear up, and there are some changes this year that hopefully will make it even more appealing to some of you. The official community is remixredux09, but nothing much is happening there yet. All the action is here, where there's a poll to determine which RPF fandoms are popular enough to be included as qualifying fandoms. (Meaning that if you've written five 500+ word stories in one of those fandoms, you're eligible to participate. Stories from other fandoms can still be remixed during the challenge, but it makes it easier to match participants if everyone has written in at least one popular fandom. Here's the list of last year's qualifying fandoms, though this list is obviously subject to change.)

JE, DBSK, bandom, and popslash are all on the poll, among other RPF fandoms, and there's the option of adding write-in fandoms in the comments. It's really a great exchange; I've received some amazing fic in previous years, and musesfool and the others who've been responsible for running it have always done a top-notch job. Check it out if you're interested (and, please, vote in the poll if you even think you might be interested; I'd really love for JE and DBSK to be counted among the qualifying fandoms, and both of them need more votes for that to happen).
